Shipping & Taxes

Due to Canada Post national strike, if you live in a remote area or an area only served by Canada Post, your package may experience significant delays and will not be delivered until Canada Post resumes their operations. In some cases, Fedex or Purolator may contact you via text message to inform you of the nearest pickup point where you can collect your package to avoid further delays. In other instances, we may be forced unfortunately to cancel your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

*Free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more.

Processing delay may vary in peak periods.

All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars.

For delivery, some exceptions may apply.

Packages are shipped by either Fedex or Purolator.
Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. La Vie en Rose reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.

2. The purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. The estimated delivery dates are calculated from the moment the products leave the La Vie en Rose warehouse.

3. Once the shipping company takes possession of the items, la Vie en Rose waives any right of ownership in favour of the buyer.

4. Delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company and those related to signature attesting to the receipt of the goods. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the tracking and pick up of products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company will be your responsibility.

5. All shipped orders receive a return label included in the parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise by mail, you must use the return label and the amount of $12.00 + tax will be deducted from the total of your refund.

SALES TAX

Sales tax varies according to the shipping address. For example, if the order is shipped to British Columbia, but the billing address is in Quebec, the sales tax in British Columbia will be added to your bill. The applicable provincial sales tax will be added to all orders.
